Rawleigh oversees the day to day operations and manages the company's real estate portfolio. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, where he was also a four year tennis letterman. After completing his playing career at UT, Rawleigh served for one season as the Assistant Coach for the UT men's tennis team. Aside from his work at RBM Ventures, Rawleigh and his wife own RJM Properties, LLC, a vacation rental management business. 

Terry Courtenay, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Since 1985, Terry has been responsible for all accounting and tax functions as well as charitable giving for the Martin family. Terry is a former partner of Ernst & Ernst and has been a highly regarded independent CPA since 1988. 

Scott Imorde


Since 1995, Scott has overseen the management of the family office, as well as the securities, real estate and private equity investments of the family. He holds a Bachelor's of Science from Spring Hill College in International Business and Economics and was a four year starting member of the tennis team. Scott began his financial career as a loan officer to middle market companies at First American Bank (now Regions Bank) in Nashville, Tennessee.

R. brad martin


Brad is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saks Incorporated. In his first ten years at Saks, Brad turned a $70 million annual revenue department store into one of the largest department store businesses in the United States generating revenues in excess of $4 billion. He developed and oversaw a strategy of divesting traditional department store assets, returning over $2 billion to shareholders. During the 18 year period when Brad served as CEO and then Chairman of Saks, the value of the stock increased more than twelve fold. 

He also serves on the board of directors for Chesapeake Energy, FedEx, Pilot Travel Centers and CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm.

Brad is a former member of the Tennessee House of Representatives and served as Interim President of the University of Memphis from 2013-2014.
